Sudha Manian
Sudha is an enthusiastic, pragmatic leader who has acquired over two decades of strategic, operational, and financial leadership experience across several industries. She is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) and certified in Agile Project Management & Digital Delivery from RMIT.
Sudha is passionate about the property industry as it enables homeowners and investors to achieve success in their property aspirations and secure future financial security. Sudha herself is a real estate investor and as Project Director, overseeing Emerald Estate development project on behalf of its investors. Sudha is also the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Property Gateway Australia, a company that delivers an integrated and comprehensive platform to enhance the property buying experience across buyer agents, property developers, real estate agents and property buyer.
Sudha can anticipate and address emerging risks head-on while making tough calls in challenging situations as well as fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and influencing decisions to drive change. She possesses a commercial mindset with a proven track record in utilising financial data to support management teams during planning activities and drive efficiency, growth, and profitability.

Chris Hall
Chris has nearly two decades of experience in the property development industry managing every aspect of project delivery. In his role as Managing Director of Atrio Property, Chris drives the business through his creative and commercial property led solutions.
With specialist skills in strategic off-market acquisitions, joint venturing, development, design management and community engagement, Chris deeply understands the fundamentals of the property sector. Chris’ ability to navigate, engage and manage teams of specialist consultants along with being able to attract like-minded partners provides our clients with quality end-to-end development solutions.
Chris maximises planning and financial outcomes for all parties involved and ensures that projects are viable before significant investment is made. His composed and innovative nature as well as his diverse skill set provides a unique and refreshing approach to the industry.
A registered QBCC Builder (Project Management Services), Chris holds a Masters in Project Management, Advanced Diploma of Building and Construction Management, a Graduate Certificate IV in Built Environment and Engineering, and is also a REIQ Real Estate Principle and Sales Agent.
Chris currently sits on the Property Council of Australia (PCA) Residential Committee for Queensland.

Kate Sheehan
Kate is a Development Manager with over 6 years experience in the property industry with notable experience in acquisitions for the Queensland State Government and medium density development for leading residential developers across Queensland, Victoria and Western Australia.
Kate’s diverse experience has seen her managing the full lifecycle of property development, from feasibility analysis, planning & approvals through to consultant team tendering, selection & management as well as project monitoring, reporting and delivery.
Kate holds a Bachelor of Property Economics from Queensland University of Technology.
